14th April was Good Friday for most but was a much bigger day for Gwen and Kyle as they married each other at Llanerch Vineyard. Gwen had bought some bunting online some time before but it wasn't going to be enough for the look she wanted so she contacted us , we chatted via email and then they decided they wanted us to help out. So, we topped up and fitted 'Elsie' bunting to the Calon Lodge and then still made use of their own bunting and fitted this in the bar area for them.
Gwen was also looking for a bespoke blackboard. She had seen something she really wanted and so we tried to be a little more colourful and creative with this design. Our first Welsh language blackboard! Gwen certainly had to direct us on spelling and grammar!
Gwen and Kyle had most of their decorations in place, we just helped with a couple of timber items - log slices for the centre pieces and our large quirky tree slice for the cake. Flowers featured below are by Halcyon Flowers. Cake by Catkin Cakes.
